Park Hills Police Department

The Park Hills Police Department understands that the majority of the crime that occurs to our residents is from outside subjects. Based on our experience  they just walk around the streets and check vehicles or unsecured residences. So it is important that you do not leave any valuables in your vehicles and make sure that not only is your residence doors secured that your windows also are. As many of you know from this summer that just one person will go through numerous vehicles per night and sometime they get lucky. So you can not forget your purse, wallet or expensive piece of electronic.

If you have not signed up for the Reach Alert program please do (see below).  The alerts are just a quick way for me to get information out.

From Lt. Webster - PHPD

As you know that my EMAIL blasts in reference to issues in the city do not always get to everyone. The city explored how to try and make sure that we can get to more people.

The Mayor, Police Chief and I were shown a program that allows YOU to decide what is the best way for YOU to get the alerts. For the people that only have landlines the program will actually do text to speech for the resident.

Click here for an instruction form of how to sign up for this service.  I have been assured that it should take less that 2 minutes to complete. Also for people that do not have computers or smartphones  they can call the number 877-307-9313 and there will be a representative to assist you.

I look forward to expanding the way that I can reach residents. The current email system will still stay in effect which allows you to email your concerns to me.
